Print this Information The employee benefits department of Conner Strong is a full service Employee Benefit Consulting and Insurance Brokerage operation located in Cherry Hill, Toms River, and Randolph New Jersey, as well as Wilmington, DE. We also provide employee benefits administration, COBRA administration, and related services on a fee basis, through AIM Administrators. We place a tremendous amount of importance on continuing education as illustrated by the following designations: CLU, RHU, CPC, FLMI, MBA, LUTCF, CHC and CPA. Currently, several of our employees are working towards the RHU and CEBS designations. An experienced team of consultants and administrators participate in the account management process. These individuals are further supported by a team of Benefit Specialists whose responsibilities include interacting with insurance carriers and benefit vendors to resolve enrollment and claims issues, and directly responding to clients and their employees on any related matters.
